How long does it take for my order to arrive?
All in-stock orders ship next day from the time the order has been placed. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has shipped. All USA orders ship via UPS, USPS, or DHL via Ground Service with delivery 4-7 business days from the time the order was placed. We currently do not offer International shipping. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Order processing and delivery times may vary, and we are not able to expedite shipping.
What if my package didn’t arrive?
Please email us at email@example.com. We’ll do our best to work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but please note that we are not responsible for any errors in the order or the address provided which result in the shipping company not being able to deliver the order.
What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?
All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damage, showing the cans are unusable and we will ship you a replacement product free of charge, customer will bear the cost of return shipping.
What do I do if I want a refund?
In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with our products, please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your package and we will refund your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can no longer offer a return. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with images of the defective or damaged items to start the refund/exchange process.
